Dr. Neil J. Carroll Ed.D is a dedicated advocate for education and community improvement, whose multifaceted career has profoundly impacted Bayonne, New Jersey, where he was born and raised. With over a decade of experience as a public-school teacher, Dr. Carroll has been a cornerstone of educational excellence, earning admiration for his dynamic teaching approach. His academic journey and appreciation for Social Justice began at Saint Peter’s Prep and continued at Saint Peter’s University, culminating in a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D), reflecting his commitment to academic excellence and continuous learning.

In addition to his contributions to education, Dr. Carroll has made significant strides in local governance, serving two consecutive terms as a city councilman. He championed initiatives to enhance public safety, infrastructure, and community engagement, notably advocating for traffic safety and organizing the Field of Heroes Event. His efforts alongside a dedicated group of others also revived an Italian festival in Bayonne after a 25-year hiatus, fostering community pride and unity.
